Well, I'm back in Hawaii. Unfortunately, finding an internet connection wasn't easy. I didn't find one until I had been gone for over a week, in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The weather in Heidelberg was terrible, not really conductive for photography. I cleared up while I was at Lake Constance, but then turned bad the following week; overcast skies, cold temperatures (around 40 degrees), windy, with a light rain. Living in Hawaii doesn't make one prepared for cold weather.
I did manage to get a few good pictures in, when the lighting conditions permitted. The picture above was taken at "The Residenz" in Würzburg. The weather was cold and overcast, but I waited about a half hour until the sun shone through the clouds for this image.
